Welcome:

The Chippewa County Wisconsin Genealogical Society is now located in the new Chippewa Area History Center at 12 Bridgewater Avenue in Chippewa Falls, WI.  

 

If you are unable to visit us in person, you can fill out our online research request form and we will respond by email with what information we find and what the research fees will be.

Hours:

Friday:  12 noon to 4 pm

Saturday: 12 noon to 4 pm

Sunday: 12 noon to 4 pm

We are also open for our monthly meetings on the fourth Saturday of January, February, March, April, May, September, October and November, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Research assistance is available from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m.

 

Mission:

To provide education and assistance to those who are tracing their family roots; to collect and maintain genealogical and historical materials; and to provide access to all materials and educational programs for members and the general public.  ï»¿
