RESEARCH POLICY : ​​The Chippewa County Genealogical Society is a 501c3 non-profit group that provides fee-based genealogical research services for members and non-members alike using the following research policies:

• The Society provides a preferential research fee schedule for its members as a benefit of membership. Currently fees are $12.00 per hour for members and $15 per hour for non-members.

• Copies of documents will be priced in accordance with the CCGS copy fee schedule in effect at the time of the research request. Single pages are starting at 25 cents and up to $1.00 depending on sheet size and membership.

• If mailing documents to you, postage and handling of the final report will be included in the final expense invoice for research services and will be paid by the research requestor.
